Client Overview:
Shine & Shield is a boutique car detailing studio based in Brisbane, Queensland, specializing in high-end detailing, ceramic coatings, and paint protection film (PPF). Their clients include luxury car owners, dealerships, and car enthusiasts seeking premium service. While their work was exceptional, their online visibility didn’t reflect it. They relied mainly on Instagram and word-of-mouth, with very few organic leads coming from Google Maps or local search.
The Challenge:
Despite having a physical studio in a high-traffic area, Shine & Shield was barely visible in Google’s local results. They were ranking outside the top 10 for valuable keywords like:
“Ceramic coating Brisbane”
“Car detailing near me”
“Paint protection film Brisbane”
Their website had no dedicated service or location pages, their Google Business Profile (GBP) was incomplete, and their online reviews were minimal. Their visual content was strong (high-res images and videos), but it wasn’t being used in a way that helped them rank or convert.

5. Engagement Signal Enhancement

Used Facebook retargeting for users who visited their website but didn’t convert, sending them to their GBP to drive interaction.
