Specializing in European car servicing, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance, the business was known locally but faced heavy competition from both national chains and other independent mechanics within a 5 km radius.

Despite having a loyal client base, the shop struggled to attract new customers through online search. Their competitors dominated the Google Maps 3-Pack for searches like “auto repair Toronto,” “BMW mechanic downtown,” and “brake service near me.”

The Challenge:
When Downtown Auto Works approached us, their Google Business Profile (GBP) was outdated. It had just 18 reviews, an incomplete business description, and only one blurry photo.
